Minot State University: November 2015 has been officially tagged Native American month, during the month Turtle Mountain Tribal Arts Association Executive Director Joseph Marion was invited by Minot State University Native American Cultural Club Director Annette Mennem to give a presentation on the Turtle Mountain Tribal Arts Association’s mission, its two art galleries Heart Of The Turtle located in Belcourt and Minot ND, Turtle Mountain arts and artists.
