North Dakota Council on the Arts/Institutional Grant
Turtle Mountain Art Association is into the 3rd and final year of its Institutional grant awarded by NDCA. The grant has been utilized to cover rental office space and all other cost involved with TMTAA daily operations. NDCA continues to create new opportunities for North Dakota artists and arts organizations.
